RIK Networks carries out professional network installation, structured data cabling and commercial WiFi work for businesses across Liverpool, Merseyside and the North West.
This project work includes network cabinets, structured cabling, patching and professional wireless equipment, with an emphasis on tidy installation, clear labelling and infrastructure that is easy to maintain and expand.
The Installation
Our network installations are planned around the requirements of each site. Depending on the project, this can include new Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A data cabling, network cabinets, patch panels, managed switching, fibre links and centrally managed WiFi access points.
The aim is not only reliable connectivity, but also an installation that remains understandable and maintainable when equipment needs to be upgraded or additional network points are added.
Recent Office Refurbishment
One recent office refurbishment included Ubiquiti U7 Pro access points, G6 Turret cameras, a USW-16-Pro-Max switch and a UDM Pro. Data cabling was protected in 20 mm steel conduit across the site’s exposed ceilings, with the network equipment organised in a dedicated cabinet.

Related Networked Security Work
Network infrastructure can also support CCTV and access equipment. A separate residential Ubiquiti Protect installation included a 4 TB UNVR, G5 cameras and organised local patching.
Another recent installation included a Ubiquiti G6 Entry smart doorbell with a UCK-G2 and SSD storage.
